Conflict Checks
Before we start any work we always review your idea, invention, product or service to make sure that the members of our team that will be working with you are not in conflict with any other client or operation they are involved with. This prevents your ideas from being accidentally shared or exposed to other ideas that might be similar and create a conflict of interest.
Nondisclosure Agreement
When we start dealing with sensitive information we will ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement (stating that we won't talk about or steal your idea, invention, product or service) before working on your project.
Need To Know Basis
The best way to protect sensitive information or proprietary secrets is to limit the number of people who have access to it. This is why a number of That Gadget Innovations dispense sensitive ideas on a strictly need to know basis. Only those individuals who have legitimate reasons and are not in conflict are allowed access to your information.

All digital materials are stored on redundant encrypted drives in secure locations off-line. How's that for redundancy?
Secure Physical Storage
All physical materials sent to us are stored on secured locations. All physical materials can be sent to our secure PO Box and then stored in locked cabinets within our alarmed building on a gated property. How's that for security?
Affiliate Qualification
Some services and activities we can just cannot conduct in-house due to regulations and licensing so we have established protocols and partners for these needs. We take extra precautions and carefully choose who we recommend to our clients as affiliate representatives. All of our affiliates have been interviewed, background checked as well as a thorough review of the quality of their work prior to approval.
